For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of regular butter. Simply melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, cooking until the milk solids turn golden brown and the butter has a nutty aroma. Let it cool slightly before using. A touch of almond extract can enhance the peach flavor. Add 1/4 teaspoon of almond extract to the batter along with the eggs. If you don't have a springform pan, you can use a regular cake pan lined with parchment paper for easy removal.
